Background
Marco Marco are a rapidly expanding chain of authentic Italian restaurants situated in Chesire.
Requirement
The business recently acquired a new brand identity and have asked Tari digital to bring this into their online communications - through a website redesign and through social media.
Key to the success of the creative brief is to portray the authentic Italian dining experience of eating at a Marco Marco restaurant. We have also considered the tone of voice delivered by the strapline - 'Where our customers become our friends'.
On the technical side, a cms will allow the client to edit every element of the website. Tari have also built a bespoke menu system which allows each menu to be dynamically generated page. This is acheived by choosing appropriate selections (for example, a weekday evening menu) and the website will query the database and instantly generate the menu appropriate and relevant to the customers request.
Our experience and understanding of social media will allow Marco Marco to make the best use of a Facebook profile to attract facebook friends and the Marco Marco marketing team will be guided how to effectively use Twitter. Regular blog postings and YouTube chanel uploads will also play a major role in the online marketing campaign.
