Contact
Tari Digital Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect and why
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional company name, service interest and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential project documents. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact information.
Our basis for using information
We use business enquiry information for our legitimate interests in responding to requests and managing business relationships. Where you request steps towards a contract with you personally, we may also process information needed to take those steps.
Form handling and hosting
Formspree processes and forwards contact submissions. Its spam-protection services may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details. DigitalOcean hosts the website. Microsoft provides our email service and processes the messages delivered to us. These providers and their service providers process information to deliver, secure and support their services.
Retention
We retain unsuccessful enquiries for up to six months after the enquiry is closed or our last substantive exchange, then delete them from the enquiry systems and mailbox copies we control. If you become a client, relevant information becomes part of the client record under the retention arrangements explained for that engagement. Information needed for a legal obligation or dispute may be retained for the necessary period.
Cookies and security
The website does not include advertising or visitor analytics. Formspree and its CAPTCHA services apply their own privacy and cookie arrangements when you submit the form. Hosting and security providers may process technical logs to operate and protect their services.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, request portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
International processing
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Formspree describes its international processing in its privacy policy at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/. DigitalOcean and Microsoft publish data-processing terms covering their services. You can contact [email protected] to ask for information about the safeguards applying to your information.
